Architects Under Big 3 #11 Sakti Soediro

Siap. Untuk berpikir inside the box, outside the box, at the edge of the box dan berpikir as the box itself " merupakan salah satu kunci bisa bertahan menjalani profesi yang total menyenangkan ini.

[English Version]

When working in an architecture firm as a full time worker-architect feels limiting the process of my creativity. Then successfully living and working as a freelance architect for almost four years is an achievement and grateful blessing for me personally.

Starting from zero. Armed with minimum experiences. Do not know what and whom. It’s not as simple as imagined to be a freelance architect in Bali. Need more than just “ready” to be able to live it to the fullest.

Be ready to take fast, quick, effective decisions. Be ready to get darn lucky and god damn unlucky. Be ready to think inside the box, outside the box, at the edge of the box and think as a box itself is one of the keys to survive in this totally exhilarating profession.

Apart from the fun side, this is serious, being an freelance architect is not as easy and simple as it seen.
