Our Property Business Journey From This Era To The Future

Semua berawal dari keinginan untuk menjadi pengusaha atau yang lebih dikenal saat ini entrepreneur. Berbekal modal pengetahuan dari college dan pengalaman part time seadanya serta keinginan untuk memiliki usaha sendiri, maka terciptalah satu perusahaan yang kami sepakati bersama, yaitu  Graha Mandala Utama Property (GMUP). Mengapa property, property di Indonesia identik dengan hunian (tempat tinggal) berupa  rumah, ruko / gedung, apartemen, real estate. Melihat adanya peluang dalam bisnis di bidang arsitektur berupa property dan melihat potensi kedepan yang bagus dikembangkan dalam jangka panjang baik untuk bisnis maupun investasi, akhirnya kami pun berfokus untuk membangun usaha di bidang property.

Untuk lokasi yang kami pilih juga tidak lepas dari trend pasar dengan melihat potensi kembali dari adanya perbandingan supply and demand. Salah satu lokasi yang memiliki potensi tersebut terdapat di pulau Lombok. Disinilah kemampuan survive kami diuji, mulai dari adaptasi dengan lingkungan,bertemu  orang-orang baru hingga bekerja dan membangun perusahaan disini. Teori dan praktik tidak selalu sama dan dalam pemikiran kami usaha yang kami bangun ini akan berjalan mulus tanpa hambatan, namun semua itu tidak semudah membalikan telapak tangan, selalu ada hambatan dan rintangan dalam perjalanan. Siap tidak siap, mau tidak mau memang harus kami hadapi.  Hal ini yang membuat kami lebih berkomitmen dalam bekerja dan lebih mendalami dunia properti. Dalam kesempatan ini kami akan membahas awal perjalanan kami memulai berwirausaha dalam bidang properti di pulau Lombok.

Tentang Graha Mandala Utama:

PT. Graha Mandala Utama Property (GMUP) merupakan Perusahaan pengembang perumahan di Lombok NTB, yang bergerak di bidang Developer, Consultant, Contractor. Sebelumnya GMUP ini  merupakan sebuah studio arsitek yang didirikan oleh 5 anak muda lulusan Arsitektur Universitas Udayana. Usaha PT GMUP ini dibuat pada hari rabu tanggal 9 bulan September tahun 2015. Berawal dari usaha mengelola, memasarkan, dan memproduksi rumah dari hasil kerjasama dengan Investor pemilik tanah. Saat ini telah mulai mencoba untuk mengelola, memproduksi dan memasarkan produk dari usaha sendiri.

Dunia property saat ini masih menunjukkan perkembangan dan prospek yang cukup baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari potensi yang ada pada lokasi tertentu jika dilihat dari trend pasar serta supply and demand.  Dalam rangka menangkap peluang usaha yang masih terbuka lebar, mereka dari pihak pengembang (Developer) tergugah untuk mengembangkan pembangunan rumah dan perumahan. Karena dunia usaha property masih menunjukkan perkembangan dan prospek yang cukup baik maka kami berinisiatif melakukan pengembangan proyek perumahan di wilayah Mataram Propinsi NTB.

PT Graha Mandala Utama dibuat dari kesepakatan 5 anak muda lulusan Arsitektur Udayana diantaranya Kadek Satrya Mahardika, ST (23) selaku direktur utama dalam perusahaan. I Made Teguh Budiana, ST (24) selaku komisaris. I Putu Herry Darmawan, ST (24) selaku direktur I. I Gede Restuyasa, ST (24) selaku direktur II. Made Aditya Segara, ST (24) selaku direktur III. PT GMUP saat ini memiliki 7 pegawai dan sudah menyelesaikan 14 proyek dan 2 proyek yang sedang berjalan di tahun ini yang sebagian besar merupakan proyek perumahan.

Our Property Business Journey From This Era To The Future

All came from the desire to become an entrepreneur. Armed only with the knowledge in the college and a part time experiences, also the desire to own our own business, we creates a company that we agreed upon, namely Graha Utama Mandala Property (GMUP). Why we choose property was because property in Indonesia is synonymous with residential (housing) for example houses, shop houses / buildings, apartments, and real estate. Seeing the opportunity in business in the field of property and seeing the great potential in the future for a long term development and investment, therefore we finally focused on business in the field of property. For locations that we choose is also not out of the market trend by seeing the potential from the comparison of supply and demand. One of the locations that have those potential  is in Lombok. Here our ability to survive were being tested, from the ability to adapt to the environment, meet new people, and even our abilty to work and build a company here. Running this bussiness was not as easy as taking candy from a baby, there are always barriers and obstacles during the way, yet however we have to face it all that way. This makes us more committed to work and have more deep understanding in the field of property. On this chance, we will share the story of our dream to become an enterpreneur from  the beginning in the field of property in Lombok.

About Graha Mandala Utama :

PT. Graha Utama Mandala Property (GMUP) is a developer based in Lombok which engaged in Developer, Consultant, and Contractor. Previously, GMUP is an architect studio founded by five young people who graduated from Department of Architecture of Udayana University. PT GMUP built on Wednesday, 9th September 2015. Starting from an attempt to manage, sell, and produce home from a partnership with the Investor landowners. Yet now, they have begun to try to manage, produce, and sell the products of their own businesses.

Business in property is still growing and have a good prospects in the future. In order to capture the business opportunities that are still widely open, they are as the developer is being encouraged to develop housing project. Therefore, they took the initiative to develop housing projects around ​​Mataram, NTB.

PT Graha Utama Mandala created by 5 young people who graduated from Department of Architecture of Udayana University. They are Kadek Satrya Mahardika, ST (23 y.o) as the president of the company. I Made Teguh Budiana, ST (24 y.o) as the commissioner. I Putu Herry Darmawan, ST (24 y.o) as the 1st director. I Gede Restuyasa, ST (24 y.o) as the 2nd director. Made Aditya Segara, ST (24 y.o) as the 3rd director. PT GMUP currently has seven employees and has completed 14 projects and two ongoing projects this year that are largely a housing project.
